FT Academy hosts more than 30 seminars and events annually year on a variety of topics in leadership and financial management.

Each program features an industry expert or renowned professor as speaker.

We are always looking for knowledgeable professionals both locally and internationally who are willing to share their expertise at our various educational programs.

To ease any concerns you may have, here’s what you can expect from us over the coming weeks:

 •  Upon receipt of your application, it will be submitted to FT Academy Senior Committee for review.

•  If your application is successful you’ll be asked to take part in either a telephone or a  personal screening.

• The objective of the interview is to secure a better understanding of your technical skill set as well as your training competencies.

• In addition to the structured interview, we may want to conduct a role-play exercise, case  study or a numerical test.
